| Stručný popis stavebnice: | Stavebnice 109 od Academy patří mezi ty lepší. Povrch modelu je velmi čistý a hladký s jemným rytím paneláže. Kabina je dobře vybavená s pěknou přístrojovou deskou. Překryt kabiny je dělený ze tří dílů, můžeme ji nechat otevřenou nebo zavřenou. Mezi slabší místa stavebnice patří podvozkové šachty a velmi špatné obtisky. Stavebnice umožňuje vybrat si mezi třemi typy markingu: Capt. Hans Hahn, Maj. Gerhard Schoepfel a Lt. Waldemar Wuebke. |
| Stručný popis stavby: | Stavbu jsem zahájil a ukončil paralelně s modelem Bf-110. Použil jsem barvy Vallejo a MM. Kdybych model stavěl o měsíc později, použil bych akrylové barvy Tamiya. |

Historie
Historie Messerschmittu Bf-109, nejrozšířenějšího stíhacího letadla německé Luftwaffe, má své bezprostřední začátky v roce 1943. Firma Arado, Focke-Wulf a Heinkel tehdy obdrželi požadavky na vývoj prototypu stíhacího letounu. Později byl požadavek předán i firmě Bayerische Flugzegwere AG se sídlem v Augsburgu. Jeden z nejlepších konstruktéru bavorské firmy byl Ing. Willy Messerschmitt. Roku 1934 měl jeho tým na výkrese nový letoun Bf-109a.
Bf-109 je jednomístný dolnoplošník se zakrytou kabinou, zatahovacím podvozkem a s křídly opatřenými automatickými sloty na náběžných hranách a štěrbinovými klapkami na odtokových hranách. Pohonnou jednotku zajišťoval jednořadový dvanáctiválcový motor Daimler-Benz 601 s výkonem 809 kW. Pozdní verze dosahovaly rychlosti až 650 km/h.

K výčtu nedostatků stavebnice bych přidal výfuky obrácené proti směru letu a celkově nepřesné proporce. Pro začínajícího modeláře je to ale dobrá volba, snadno se staví a je za pár korun.
